Descendants of Nicholas Boulton, The Immigrant

Nicholas Boulton was born in England circa 1600 and had immigrated to Dorchester, Suffolk County, Massachusetts by 1644. He had two daughters and one son who was responsible for most of the Boltons we found residing in Suffolk, Plymouth and Bristol Counties in Massachusetts during the 1600s, 1700s and early 1800s. Four of our five John Bolton "Candidates" descended from Nicholas: John Bolton of Lowell, John Bolton (the Uncle) of Bridgewater, John Bolton (the Nephew) of Bridgewater, and John Bolton of Berkley. Nicholas Boulton's chart outlines all of the known descendants of this first Immigrant Bolton. While the chart follows the surname Bolton, it also includes descendants and spouses with other surnames.
