Keene, Cheshire County, New Hampshire
Cheshire County is a county in the southwestern corner of the state of New Hampshire in the United States. It was organized at Keene, its county seat and the county's only city, in 1771. Cheshire was one of the five original counties of New Hampshire, and is named for the county of Cheshire in England. Sullivan County was created from the northern portion of Cheshire County in 1827.
