William, who did not report having any acreage, was 60 years of age and gave his occupation as Barony Constable and weaver. Jane was 55. Four of the couple's children were enumerated in their parents' household in 1821. John was 31 and worked as a linen weaver, Thomas was 18, Anne was 36, and Mary was 28. Their son-in-law, Philip Gafney, age 24 and a linen weaver, resided there as well, as did John Gafney, who was 12.3
